- ● Create and manage content calendars with precision, speed, and adaptability.
- ● Stay 10 steps ahead on social trends, platform changes, and best practices—and be ready to test new ideas before they’re mainstream.
- ● Coordinate launches, drops, and campaigns with agility and obsession over detail.
What You’ll Need:
- ● 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or creators.
- ● Proven success growing brand accounts or communities—don’t tell us, show us.
- ● Deep understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement psychology.
- ● Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Later, or Notion.
- ● Copywriting skills that convert thumb scrolls into attention.
- ● Strong collaboration skills—you can work with creators, designers, and clients like you’re in the same room.
- ● A bias toward execution: if something needs doing, you’ve already done it.
